Bleeding after sex ( Pregnant)

I am currently 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant and after sex (tmi) my boyfriend had blood on his penis coming from me. I’m not experiencing any discomfort or any cramps or anything other than the blood. I have been going to the restroom and all that I see on toilet paper is spotting which I suspect is from having bled it gets lighter and lighter each time I go pee which is every 10-15min (kind of) . My next appointment is Nov. 9. Should I worry? I spotted the last time we had sex and went to the ER but the doctor said my baby and the baby’s heartbeat were perfectly fine and I have no signs of a MS . This was when I was 6 weeks pregnant. Should I be worried?
