As a wedding guest, when do you usually give a gift to the bride and groom?

I do gift at bridal shower and then a gift on the actual wedding day.

There’s usually a table set up for you to place your cards/gifts. If the ceremony is at a different location than the reception, the table would be at reception (from what I’ve experienced anyway)

Only if I’m invited to the shower do I buy a gift. If I’m only invited to the wedding it’s a card with money. How much depends on how well I know the couple. I’ve given anywhere from $50-$300

If they have a registery I usually send the gift before the wedding. If not we give the gift (cash) the day of the wedding.

I usually help with food, set up, or take down so I dont normally gift. 🤷 in our family its not a huge gift giving thing.
