Embryo transfer in 2 days any tips????

Question

My first frozen embryo transfer with a day 5 genetically normal Baby girl 👧 💞 I’m praying so hard she works. We have another girl and boy on freeze. But I would love to have two girls and a boy. So I’m hoping she will work. 🙏🏻👧 any tips? 
I know keeping warm (socks) , watching happy movies moderate walking? Anything you did or avoided? 
I’m trying to stay positive but feeling so anxious! I just want her to stick 💞

Good luck to you! As the previous poster said, at that point there is not much you can do. I would like acupuncture, I have used it for a variety of issues and at a minimum it can help you relax. I did it thr day before and day of transfer. Hung around the house doing light chores, did some shopping for a wedding... currently 31+3. It can definitely work! Baby dust!!!

Congrats. I can imagine how excited and nervous you are at the same time. I am scheduled for mock transfer on the 14th and hoping FET mid December. Some research I found was focusing on good blood circulation to the uterus. This included keeping warm, massaging the lower abdomen and avoiding caffeine as it constricts blood vessels.
