Weird cyst like bump on inner thigh

Hi guys idk if you’ll know what this but I’m hoping you will. A couple days ago I was going to shave however I noticed this weird bump like structure near my bikini line but a little lower more on the inner thigh. On the exterior it doesn’t really look like much, it’s a little darker than the rest of my complexion, and almost looks like a small pimple however it feels like a huge lump underneath. It’s not necessarily painful to touch, but more sensitive than anything. I do shave near there so it could be an ingrown hair maybe but it does feel like a huge lump underneath the skin. If you have any ideas can you please send them my wAy. I’m a college student with no time so I’d rather not go to the doctor for nothing.
