Health Concern 😣

So this is my first post on here so I hope this is the right board to post this on 😁

I have a health concern and wondering if any of you have experienced anything similar. About a week before my AF my nipples begin to hurt and swell a little. Obviously I feel this is hormonal but the concerning part is I have bilateral milky/clear discharge from both nipples if I squeeze my breast. This all began in March of this year. I immediately went to my OB/GYN and they did a few tests that came back normal. I had recently had two knee surgeries and they told me that it was probably related to stress and for me not to worry. Has this happened to anyone else?
