Sniffles

3 week old has the sniffles, I feel absolutely horrible. My 3 year old picked it up somewhere and shared it around. Not even sure why I'm posting! Just need to get it off my chest, I hate hearing the little sniffles, I feel so bad, I just wish I could help him. I'm terrified of him choking or something in his sleep so I've hardly slept which is fun.

Anyone else experienced/experiencing this?

(Have been to Drs, no temps, they said it's pretty common and it'll pass)

Doesn't help me feeling horrible tho.
