Autumn vegetarian lasagna

So

I love cooking with mushrooms in autumn, so I decided to make a white lasagna yesterday featuring some nutty browned mushrooms. I did a white lasagna with layers of browned butter bechamel with parmesan, noodles, seasoned ricotta, caramalized onion and garlic, browned mushrooms, sauteed spinach, and mozzarella. It was super hot when we cut into it, so the pic looks a mess, but it was soooo tasty.
