I am 41. Periods have always been very regular, 28 day cycles. Got peak on opk cd 13. Today is cd 29. I have had cramping literally for the past week. Brown spotting once Saturday morning and twice yesterday. Headaches. Basically like the worst PMS I’ve ever had. I usually only get cramping and a headache for 1-2 days before AF starts and never spotting, just flow. No other symptoms. Tested this AM and BFN, so is this kind of expected as you get older??? Any input greatly appreciated. TIA ladies.
