3 month old constipated??

My daughter is 3 months old and EBF

This morning she tried to poop 2 times and got very little diarrhea and then she threw up like 4 times in a row yellow stuff

Just a couple minutes ago though she had a poop that looked like this.

Do you think she was constipated and she got it out? Or do you think her poop looks normal or unusual? I messaged her dr before she had this poop but will send a picture to him in a minute
