Post ectopic changed PMS?

I had an MTX treated ectopic in late July. My period came back 6 weeks later mid-September and since the ectopic I have had two periods (next one due in next two days or so).

Before my ectopic my breasts would get so sore a solid 5-7 days before my period. Since it, they haven’t at all. It’s kind of weird. My periods have also been kind of lighter. Has anyone else had this or other changing PMS symptoms post ectopic?

For what it’s worth, my OB said we could start trying right away, but then another suggested waiting two cycles, so I’m kind of hoping AF doesn’t show. Both times I’ve been pregnant (one MC, ectopic) my boobs have been super sore so I’m not sure what to think now.
