Are women obsessed with indecision?

For example, i don't like when people look at me when I'm dressed up and out in public, I dressed up for me, but I get really, really upset if someone is staring at me or checking me out. And other scenarios like that, are we actually indecisive or does this make sense?

That makes tons of sense to me. I love to look nice, but I get very anxious sometimes and hate drawing attention to myself for any reason, and it definitely makes me uncomfortable if strangers hit on me. But they do when I look bad, lol. So ya just can't win sometimes. 
I think it's a complicated mix of social conditioning that makes us feel like this. I don't think we are indecisive, I think we are just uncomfortable with ourselves to some degree or uncomfortable drawing attention because it can be dangerous or cause people to be judgmental about our character  (but a lot of us know that what we wear has like nothing to do with our character at the same time), 
And at the same time, we have pressure to look nice, in order to at the very least, feel nice about ourselves, and kind of for other people, because it sucks as a woman to be seen as unattractive, but really it shouldnt even be a big deal, we don't exist just to look nice for others! We aren't decorations!
We've got internalized misogyny fighting internalized feminist rhetorics of all sorts. It's just complicated 🙃

Another example is, when my boyfriend asks me what I want to eat, I can't ever decide! And then he even starts suggesting specific places and I disagree to all of them. Idk if I'm the only one? Seems like it ..

Lol honestly I dont relate. If I dress up to look nice for me and people look, I just know I succeeded 🤷‍♀️
