Fluctuations in blood pressure

Recently I have been having issues with my blood pressure. It will go from 90/50 to 130/88 (just an example of what the numbers have been. I’ve been getting funky numbers off and on going from low to high and vice versa). The fluctuations occur close together and i can feel symptoms when they drop and rise. At my OB office, you have to do rotations. I saw one provider and he said it’s totally normal for blood pressure to jump and fall that drastically due to “placenta growth”. My first pregnancy was never like this. Any suggestions or stories if you have been in the same boat I’m in? Thanks!
