Fertility bracelet??

Question

Has anyone used the Ava Fertility bracelet? Is it worth the money? Or can you do the same kind of tracking on this app?  Thanks in advance!

I have it. I don’t think it’s worth it if you’re willing to take the time to do OPK’s and take your temp. I did like that it let me not always think about TTC. For some reason it seemed way easier to just stick a bracelet on at night than remember to do the other tests every day and morning.

I didn’t like it at all! I had it for awhile. I much more prefer the pregmate OPK on amazon
