What do implantation cramps feel like?

17 weeks here. I didn’t really feel anything during my tww that I don’t normally feel however, I will say that around 9-11dpo (can’t remember specifically) I was startled awake in the middle of the night because I felt a sharp pop/pain in my lower abdomen. Closer to my right side but pretty central. It really made me jump in my sleep but I didn’t think much of it after and went back to sleep. I was pregnant last year that ended in an early missed miscarriage and don’t remember feeling that then though. Additionally, I had some very crazy, vivid dreams from 11-13 dpo. I dreamt I was in a green house lab and I was sprouting a bunch of seeds and I was so fascinated by how quickly they all sprouted and grew and I kept trying different combinations. There was clear water everywhere and it was all very splashy. Then few days after that, I had a very intense sex dream. 🤷🏻‍♀️
