I’m just curious if anyone has gotten pregnant (while taking Clomid or letrozole or on your own) without getting a positive ovulation test?

I am currently taking letrozole after 5 failed rounds of Clomid. I did get a positive ovulation once or twice I think on Clomid. I’m supposed to be ovulating around now per my schedule from my OBGYN. but I only have negative test. But, my CM is very fertile. So I’m just hoping someone has successfully gotten pregnant even though ovulation test didn’t show a positive. 🙏🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼
