Chemical pregnancy

4 days ago i went to the hospital worried and in pain . i worried that i had a miscarriage because i had tooken a pregnancy test the month before and came out positive one line dark and another fainted they started me a IV and did a pelvic exam alone with a ultrasound they later told me i had a chemical pregnancy and that i was not pregnant question what is an CHEMICAL pregnancy?? Does that mean i cant have kids ?
