Baby acne or rash??

Baby girl is 1 month and this just showed up. She’s exclusively breastfed & ive made no changes in diet recently. Any ideas? She has her one month pediatrician appt tomorrow, but I thought I’d ask anyway.

Yes my baby is having same thing kinda but all over face forehead nose and chin and eye lids ): I heard breast milk gives them all these hormones of yours causing them to get acne

Has she been sleeping in the crook of your arm and getting sweaty?  Or did you use some kind of lotion and then she slept there?
