10 week old won’t nap!!! What’s wrong?!

My 10 week old is so hard to put down for naps!!  Sometimes won’t even take them till like 4pm ...What am I doing wrong?!? Anyone else have similar issue?!

Babies have wake windows. I would think at that age it's probably about  90 min or so before they naturally start to tire out. If your baby isn't napping they actually may be overtired and fighting it.   Make sure they're feeding enough in the day for calories. Stimulate the baby for 90 min (Including feedings) and watch for sleepy cues around then... Keep attempting naps where you want them to sleep so it'll help sleep foundation for later on! Babies that age actually do sort of have a schedule... Eat, awake window, nap. Then repeat. The trick is finding out what wake window works for your baby.  It's usually not exact everyday but it's worth looking into. Check out takingcarababies online or Instagram etc she has a lot of great tips and info!

It’s a 10 week old baby... he/she is going to eat, poop and nap when he wants. No point of trying to do a schedule for a baby that young

He’s definitely over tired. At that age my baby: woke up, changed his diaper, cuddled/played for 10ish mins then nursed and back to sleep. Awake maybe an hour. Felt like he was always sleeping but he was never cranky and never taught naps
