worried

baby boy had 6 month shots yesterday including flu shot

all day he was fussy and crying and hardly slept but ate fine

he had a fever of 100.5 at one point and i bathed him and gave him tylenol

i checked on him at night and he felt ok but now i’m worried what if fever spiked up very high at night while i was asleep and i didn’t notice.....

is that possible ?

the strange part is that he has a fever of 100.5 but his skin feels cold
