Maternity coat??

What are you guys doing for the whole coat situation. I live in Chicago and I'm freaking out, because I dont really wanna get a maternity coat to use for two ONLY two months. Suggestions??

I live in northern Canada where it gets cold as heck. My belly was always warm so I just wore a sweater under my regular coat and just didn't zip up my coat. It worked fine

I bought an Omni heat knee length coat from Colombia in a size larger than I’d normally wear. It’s really thin but keeps you really warm. It has 2 zippers so you can bring the bottom one up above your belly if you want. I had 2 pregnancies back to back so I got plenty of use out of it. I’m back to pre pregnancy weight but I have no problem wearing it again this winter- it’s a little big but it really does a good job keeping me warm and it’s so light. I live in Wisconsin.

I just found a discounted one online and looked at 2nd hand ones. I am bigger than my husband so can't really wear his lol.

Fyi you dont go back to pre baby size after baby is born so you may get more use out of it then you think.

I got a cheap maternity one on ASOS. Maybe buy a regular one a size bigger than usual and then just layer up under it when not pregnant?
