I started drinking it at 35/36 weeks with my first, had a pretty good labour medication free. This time I started around 28 weeks. The tea bags I buy say to start at 36 weeks with 1 cup a day and increase to 4 cups a day by your due date. Hope that helps!! Good luck mamma :-)

I started at 32 weeks. One cup a day and now I’m to to 4 cups or bags a day. You should start to eat some dates too!

I started with 1 cup at 28 weeks, upped to 2 at 32 and now am doing 3 cups a day at 35-40 weeks. The longer + more you drink it, the better the results.
