First trip to the gyn..

Guys I’m super concerned. I want to see the OBGYN, because I’ve had my period for three years (I’m 15) and it’s still extremely irregular. To the point of concern. I show a few other signs of PCOS and My mom had it before a hysterectomy so I’m genetically inclined. How do I bring it up? Should I write a note to start the conversation? Helpppp!!!!!! I’m so nervous and terrified of asking!!! And I have to ask for a different doctor because my moms gynecologist is male and I am NOT doing that!

And another question for the ladies with PCOS... will I have to get a pelvic exam to be checked for it????????
