SOOOOOOOOOO I really wanna try a cup but I’m scared of toxic shock syndrome... is it safe to use? What r your experiences with using a cup? Should I try one??????

Cups DO NOT cause TSS, only tampons, so you’re safe there. Cups have been amazing for me, I too was weary of them, but after 4 months of using it and youtubing videos on how to insert it, I finally got the hang of it and haven’t looked back. 
No more spending money on tampons, you can wear it for 12 hours without worry of anything, when it’s full you dump it out, wash it off, and reinsert it and you’re off with your day.
Literally the best invention.

Ok to those saying it doesn’t cause TSS that is untrue, google it. It’s less likely, yes, but it CAN happen. I use a cup and love it!  As long as you clean it correctly and don’t leave it in for days at a time you’ll likely be fine.

100% recommend a diva cup!! I’ve recommended it to all my gf’s. I will never go back to tampons!!!

If you're worried about keeping the blood in too long, you can change it more than every 12 hours. It's not a rule that you HAVE to keep it in for 12 hours. If you have good hygiene and take care of yourself properly, you will be fine. If you dont trust yourself, then dont use it.

I have been using the Lena cup and I love it. I was skeptical at first but after a few cycles I knew exactly how to use it. I feel like it helps with my cramps and I honestly forget I’m on my period! Like others have said, just be sure to properly clean it!
