How much breastmilk is your 3 month old baby taking in a bottle?

My son was taking 3.5 oz per bottle when he started daycare, then it was 4 oz about two weeks ago, and now he’s eating every two hours again and fussing when he finishes so they suggested sending more for him. I just feel like 5 oz is a lot!

My 10 week old guy can have 5 at a serving as well, he’s also almost 14 pounds but not chunky at all. He’s really long as well, just in general, a beast 🤣 so I’d say that’s normal!

Lactation said from this age to 6 months they can take anywhere from 3-5 oz of breastmilk a feeding.

I read breastfed babies should take about an ounce every hour of the day. So if you feed every 2 hours than 2 oz. That’s what my LO eats 👍🏼
