Anyone else (social anxiety)?

Anyone else have social anxiety and every time you go to the doctor’s they tell you that your blood pressure is high because you are nervous socially? My heart beats faster when I’m socially anxious and I get hot. This freaking sucks!!! 😒

Omg same. I cant work because of my anexty. Ill try and work and end up quitting becuz i cant do it.  I think of the worst when i walk in. Huhh
I went to doctor to tell her how i feel. Maybe she can subscribe something to me. Her thing was i have pcos and high testosterone. Which is causing my anexty. Bullshit. I had it since i was teenager and kid. She also wants me to try yoga and eat healthy. 
Bitch i cant go anywhere. It was hard enough to come in this office. I just shook my head ok.  I still havent went out to try yoga. I tried to diet and exercise at home. I still have it. Sorry for venting. But i totally understand.

I’ve gotten this every time I go for years now. They’ve considered blood pressure meds at my OB recently. I don’t think they realize that’s it’s an anxiety thing tbh. My normal doctors office is very aware of it just being anxiety at this point that they don’t even say anything anymore.

That happened with my 3rd. I was terrified something was wrong with him and it came out as high blood pressure.  I made them take it at the end of my appointments after I was more relaxed. Honestly it made me more angry when they would say it was high. I've never had high blood pressure a day in my life!  Ugh! I would take it at home and get low numbers like 104/64... so I knew it was white coat syndrome... it happens to a lot of people 😬
