If your baby usually goes to bed at 6:30, what time do they wake up for the day?

My daughter woke up from her last nap earlier than expected & she’s only able to stay up for 2 hours at a time so she’s probably gonna have to go to bed around 6:30 but I really don’t want her waking up at 5 or 6 am. She usually goes to bed at 7:30-8 & wakes up at 7:30.

My daughter went to bed at 7 but with time change, she now lays down at 6 or 6:30, it usually depends on whenever she’s ready and when her last nap was. She wakes up for the day between 7am-7:30am.

My kids go to bed between 6-8 and wake up bettered 5:30-7:30. The times asleep and times awake don’t always correlate lol but on average, 7pm-7am. They are 2.5 and 6mos
