Alright so I’m 19 years old with the Diva cup and have only used it twice now. This is my first cup, I previously used tampons but I have the Paragard IUD and everything was fine until I had remnants of a tampon stuck to my IUD strings 😓. So now I have the diva cup and love it except for the sharp pain it gives me sometimes. I get a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen and it won’t go away until I remove the cup and insert it again. Most of the time the cup isn’t very full, and the pain just starts randomly. Today, I had the cup in for about 3 hours at work, went to go pee, and when I stood up I got the sharp pain 😕. Does anybody have any experience with this or have any recommendations for different cups they love? I know certain cups aren’t for everyone, so I would love to hear everyone’s favorite and why.
