Best breastfeeding pillow? Boppy, baby baw, breastfriend?

Question

Looking for a better breastfeeding support pillow than the boppy which I think is better for other purposes. Anyone try the baby baw below or the breastfriend? I dont mind investing just want something that really works and supports I breastfeed in all positions which really does a number on my back and arms, any thoughts pls thanks! 💜

I've only tried the Boppy, but only used it a couple of times. I have a larger chest and the Boppy had him up too high to latch properly. That adjustable height one looks amazing!

The boppy design is awkward and it's a pain to try to get it around my waist and I wouldn't say I'm a big girl. And even after putting it around me it has gaps between me and it allowing the baby to sort of fall through. I wish I would've done some research and found something like you posted because that looks awesome! I honestly don't really need a pillow at all tho since I usually recline to breastfeed anyways so she rests on my stomach.

I have a boppy and i can count on my two hands the number of times i have used it. I find it difficult to use and like another commenter said the baby likes to fall through the cracks. I personally use a regular pillow because the edges can be adjusted to the support I need. I do think your first option is neat and i like the idea of the adjustable one.

I have the pillow that’s the baby baw....mine is infantino brand. I really like it and it’s much more comfortable for me than the boppy. I like being able to adjust it. Using the boppy was incredibly awkward for me. The lactation consultant I saw had the boppy so one day I brought in my pillow, she liked it so much she ordered some to use in her office.

I LOVE my mybreastfriend pillow. It saved my nursing relationship with my first. I use it sometimes with my current 4 month old but she actually did better with the boppy 🤷‍♀️I wish she preferred the other because I certainly do.

I’ve tried all three lol in my opinion boppy sucks (I always needed a pillow on each side underneath to hold the dang thing up plus one behind my back and there’s hardly any room for baby to lay on, the my breast friend is way better I like the flat surface for baby to lay on and the strap holds it up plus acts as a back support instead of a pillow, and the breastfeeding pillow is now my car nursing pillow it is perfectt for the car! At home we mostly side lay so I don’t even use one unless we’re nursing in our rocking chair then I use my breast friend :) the Boppy has been retired for tummy time and propping baby up only lol

As of pillow you mentioned: I would buy on Aliexpress - they delivered worldwide and of course to US as well, within 2 weeks or so with free shipping. And the price is half less, anyway they are made in China and those selling them in the US, just are middle men and get them to be delivered to your door directly from China or with a quick stop through their warehouse

I love my boppy! I used it with my son 4 years ago, now while I am pregnant as a pregnancy pillow and will be using with my daughter when she arrives this December!
