My little girl is 2 weeks old and has only had one good poop today, the rest have just been little streaks of poop in the diaper . She’s been having normal amount of wet diapers but normally poops at least 3 times a day . She’s exclusively breastfed , could she be getting constipated? What can I do to help her? If she doesn’t poop more tomorrow I’m gonna call the dr , even though she just had her two week check yesterday and everything was normal. I hate feeling like I’m bugging the dr
