TMI but would it be in my system?

I took my metformin, Provera, and prenatal at 7:30. I just got sick from my new dosage of metformin. It everything still in my system? I start Letrozole this month. I didn’t see any medication. I’m fighting a chest cold, so everything is hard to keep down.
2 hours before getting sick I took my medications.
