Fatigue
So i have been hit hard with fatigue i mean hard! 8hrs of sleep last night and i took a nap this morning at 10am and was tired AGAIN at like 2 or 3pm! This has gotten ridiculous i am now laying in bed ready for a deep sleep! Anyone had fatigue like this and know the best way to handle it?
