I had a surgical 3 years ago Nov 18 at 14 weeks. We have been together 4 years and so much in love, we want to get married but he is slow to get moving on it. It sucks to watch all his sisters get proposed to and married, and my cousin planning her wedding. His sister announced her pregnancy recently. So happy for her, I thought I was over the pain and heartbreak as I don’t think about 3 years ago that much anymore...But today I’ve been crying all morning. Every year in November I’m a wreck. :(
