I recently got into make up. Lol but I’m not that good at it! How do I make the eyeliner more pigmented and much more accurate. I also did out on foundation but you can’t really tell any advice?

Before you even start with make-up, do you have a good skin-care regime in place? Your make-up will never look as good as it can be unless you’re looking after your skin. Make sure you’re washing it at least once a day, cleanse and tone twice a day, just a good eye cream and hydrating moisturiser. I always recommend gel-based moisturisers since they’re great for oily and dry skin. If you do have dry skin I’d definitely recommend a serum too. 
Next you need to pick a good primer. The best one I’ve ever used is smashbox. It’s a bit more pricey, about £26/£28 here in the UK, but honestly no primer I’ve used is as good as this one. 
I’ve recently started using morphe cosmetics since we got a store in my city. Their full coverage concealers are £9 each and they are FULL COVERAGE. I have two- one to conceal, another in a lighter shade to highlight. 
Now you need to look at the foundation you’re using. For what you seem to be concerned about with your foundation, I’d recommend a medium coverage. They give enough coverage for normal day-to-day wear, but are light enough that you can build on if you want something a bit more full-on. Again foundation is never something I skimp out on because I don’t really rate any drug-store brands, however since you’re not that experienced, maybe try a cheaper make-up brand but who also have instore staff who’ll colour-match you and give you some tips.
I always set my foundation, even if it has a matte finish, with a light dusting of powder. I use a really cheap one that’s lasted me a year and cost about £4. Powder is definitely not something you need to fork out on. 
Lastly, eyeliner is tricky, and I would definitely watch more vids for how to apply it well, but it doesn’t seem like you did an overly bad job here, it’s just the shape that needs work, but that will come with time. Hope this helps!

My favorite liner is the NYX liner pen thing. It's very black, accurate and doesn't rub off during the day

Well, a high quality eye liner is good to invest in. Nyx is a good brand, and also the eye liner should be a little thicker and go to the corner of your eye. Right now it feels boxy. The liner should curve to the shape of your lash line. YouTube and reference photos!!

I started by using and eyeliner pen then when i got more confidence i moved onto a brush hard brush and now i use a proper brush... took loads of practice. Try little dots along the lash line and join them up then practice the flick
