Anyone using Vaseline Jelly as a diaper cream ?

Hello ladies, so when my LO was born I started using Penaten diaper cream but it was making his bum so dry and everytime he pooped it won’t come off easily so I decided to go with Vaseline and I’m having such great result with it . But then my sister told me that it’s isn’t good for the baby to used as a diaper cream because it’s petroleum I get her opinion but I haven’t seen anything wrong with it instead my LO bum is just soft and looking healthy even after a big poo or lots of pee ( mainly after long naps) what do you guys think is it not safe to use that on a baby’s bum? I’m not a fan of diaper creams that are fragranced I’ve noticed they dry my baby’s skin. If I can’t use Vaseline any suggestions out there ? I prefer creams that are non perfumed or fragrances
