What side effects did you get with the implant?

I got nexplanon today and I was wondering how it affects different women? So, what did you feel and experience your first few weeks with it? What side effects did you have? Thank you !!

I got it on October 3rd and started my period about a week later.. I’ve been on my period for 27 days 🙃 It’s my first period after having my son in August plus getting that implanted and it’s the worst..

I had the nexplanon for almost a year and had it removed. I had constant nausea, like to the point where I couldn’t go out of the house, couldn’t keep a job. Up till the wee hours of the morning, tons of tests were done and my digestive system and gallbladder looked normal so the only change was the insertion of the implant, so they suggested I get it removed. I did, and no longer had nausea. That was my main problem with that.
