Do u think when someone is about to die that they can see loved ones in heaven?

I had a mc a year ago October 1st. I was 7 weeks, didn't know the gender. Well in January this year the day my papaw died, he said he seen him holding a little baby girl both in white, her with a note saying "tell them I'm watching over them. and mommy, papaws gonna take care of me. - Mia Karalaine." That was the name we picked out, and we didn't tell anyone the names. And he didn't know I was pregnant. I cry everytime I tell this. But at least I know someone has my baby girl safe in their arms. I only knew her for a short while, but I loved her so much.
