Pulled muscle 😓
So I pulled a muscle (pretty sure) yesterday at dance practice. I feel it all in my thigh. From right under my butt to the front and stretches all the way to my knee. It hurts to do anything even barely move. I have practice again tomorrow and a performance in a week. I’ve been using tiger balm and a heating pad but it’s not doing much. Any advice? It really hurts but I can’t miss practice or my performance 🥺
