I had a miscarriage on the 13th of Oct at 9 weeks and after I stopped bleeding I started trying to conceive again. This Monday, Nov 4th I had an hcg level check and it was at 80, on Tuesday i had cramping and a little spotting with mucus, it only happened once and hasnt spotted since so I thought it was implantation, and today, Wednesday, I had another lab and my hcg levels were at 50. I still don't have my period. I just really thought I was pregnant based on yesterday's symptoms. Could hcg go down if potential ovulation happened yesterday?
