What would you do.. nursery school question

My husband picked my daughter up from nursery school today and he noticed her eye was red. I don’t know why he didn’t ask the teachers what happened but I guess he didn’t think it was bad at the time. He asked my daughter and she said a girl hit her in the eye with a toy. Okay ... well I come home from work and I’m like wtf why does she have a black eye my husband didn’t realize how bad it was. He said no teacher spoke to him about it . I asked my daughter, she’s 3 super verbal and honest about everything, what happened. She said a girl savanna hit her in the eye with a toy, teachers saw but no one wrote a report I guess and no Icepack was applied and no one called us. She only goes 3 days a week for 2 1/2 hrs and we’ve never had this issue before. She also said the teachers have to watch savanna bc she always hits her. Wtf I’m so livid right now. Why hasn’t anyone told me anything about this before?? Pic of my daughter so you can see what I’m talking about . I’m calling the school tomorrow and speaking with the director. I’m just so angry. I worked at a preschool and I know this is not protocol.
