That very easily can be skin cancer. Anything like that, that changes over time should be evaluated as such.

Looks like either cafe au lait or a liver spot. My money is on the liver spot.

Are you pregnant by chance ? Or were you in the past year? Ok that seems weird but I had these spots pop up & apparently it’s Bc I’m pregnant. You can look them up & you’ll see similar marks my dr said its uncommon but not surprising or dangerous.
