Can someone tell me how many months ...I’m seeing different charts with different things

Weeks and months don’t line up like that... forget the charts and just use a calendar. 
I’m 17 weeks and 4 days, the first day if my last period was July 7th - so that means today, Nov 7th, I am exactly 4 months.

18 weeks is 5 months atleast that’s the chart my doctor goes by. So Saturday you’ll be 5 months 🤷‍♀️
