PP bleeding still or period is back?

I’m three weeks postpartum but the bleeding had stopped like a week ago. Now I’m bleeding again, started out brownish and now is bright red. I’m not sure if this is my period or not? Is it too soon to have my period back already? I’m not breastfeeding.

Yes same here! I think it’s my period cause I’m having those period like feelings whereas the postpartum I didn’t have any crampiness. Ive also been having some major hormonal mood swings

I had the same thing happen and I’m pretty sure it was a period.  I had ovulation symptoms a few weeks later.  Luckily, at 10 weeks pp, I haven’t had another.

Same thing happened to me! I read that it can come back around 3wks if you aren’t breastfeeding

Mine did this at 3 weeks pp, and went on for another week it stopped exactly at 4 weeks and now it’s just normal discharge
