Measuring a week behind

I thought I was 6 weeks 3 days yesterday and started spotting last night. Went to the ER tilted uterus so hard to see but I am measuring 5 weeks 3 days now. I thought I was further along not the opposite. They saw a gestational sac and yolk sac but not much else. Ultrasound tomorrow also. I’m now down as threatened miscarriage. Anyone have a similar situation and it all work out?

Update: now I’m having more but it’s like brown more so and zero pain.

There’s been pink spots like round on toilet paper also. As well as I had more after the internal ultrasound. No pain at all.
