Trigger miscarriage or ectopic

Well I am in the process of making an angel 👼. I got the results back from my first blood draw and not good at all. Next bold draw on Saturday. Best case it is a miscarriage worst case an ectopic. There is no way I will have a baby from this pregnancy right?
