Pregnancy?

Ok ladies question so I got the iud placed in June. It's the hormonal iud. When I check my iud strings it has always felt like my cervix is wider than before it was placed. I've had some complications since I had it placed but this time it feels different. I never had sore nipples when I ovulated before but lately the past few my nipples feel bruised, I've been getting nauseous on and off throughout the day to where I seen soup on facebook and gagged, I feel exhausted the past few days where i just want to sleep even standing!Today I felt like I was off balance. I am getting a slight cramp on the left side of my lower stomach . I know you dont feel anything for a while but when I was at work a few days ago I felt this pressure on the left side like a muscle spasm/kicks. We had sex the other night and not to be TMI but he said I had a lot of white creamy discharge when we started having sex. I'm confused!!! My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex almost every day since the IUD. Can you get pregnant off the iud? Should my cervic feel open the way it does? Should I take a pregnancy test to calm the nerves. HELP!!! 🥰thank you
