Life is out of wack!!! Advice?
Hey everyone, so I’ve been super stressed due to work and school lately. My eating habits have become very bad like nothing healthy and not much water. I’m not super overweight, but I weigh the most I ever have. Also I work second shift and I don’t get home until 11 at night, so I usually end up staying up late and waking up late too. Then I feel like my whole day has been wasted. I’ve never been this bad before, but I just recently got into this rut. Does anyone have advice on how to fix this?? I want to start fresh and just eat healthy and only drink water, but I’ve heard it’s easier to do it gradually?? Any tips help! Thanks! 💕
