Breastfeeding - pain in breast!

I’m still mainly breastfeeding my 7 month old but she has just started taking the bottle when she goes to nursery or if she’s with my husband etc.

She was in nursery twice this week so I tried to pump while she was there but I couldn’t get more than an ounce!

Since I didn’t feed her for around 6 hours each day I’ve noticed that I have almost an ache in one boob! When she feeds it feels like a relief!

It’s hard to explain but has anyone experienced this?! I’m wondering if it’s a blocked duct?!
