Early risers
Does anyone has tips that ACTUALLY worked for them? I've seen the takingcarababies post on this. We were doing pretty good until the time change but even though he's been going to bed at 7 all week he's still waking up around 5:30. I leave him in there until at least 6am. It's an improvement from 4:30, trust me, but I really want him to get 11 hours of sleep at night but it seems impossible! We follow 3/3/3 or 2.5/3/3.5. He gets about 3 hours of sleep during the daytime. We've also tried earlier bedtimes, and 1st nap won't start until after 9am regardless. Just frustrating!
