I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 4 years now. After being diagnosed I started metformin, lost weight & got pregnant with my son a year. My cycles have been regular every 31-33 days. I had a cycle on Sept. 23rd normal 5 days. My cycle was supposed to start on Oct. 27th I felt the pms symptoms but it never came. I took a pregnancy test on 7 days late & today which is 12 days late both were negative. I’m having pain in my left ovary/fallopian tube. Could I still be pregnant?
