I get these bumps all the time my inner thigh?! I have no idea if they're pimples, ingrown hair, or boil. But any idea how to get rid of them??

They look like cycstic pimples so I’d try looking up what other people have done to get rid of cycstic pimples and maybe try to wear pants to stop your legs rubbing and making them worse but of a night time try to not wear anything so they can air out
